Art instructor Jessica Lam recently worked for a group of cancer patients at the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Lady MacLehose Centre. She led the participants to draw and write as they wished, conveying their emotions into the strokes, and through stretching and breathing Scan, let the body speak. Jessica worked with the participants to create an emotional thank you card, discovering the uniqueness of the strokes, writing down thank you and appreciating yourself in the drawing card, and replacing the person to thank with a smiley face.

The workshop received enthusiastic response. There were 15 participants, two of whom did not know how to write. They participated in the idea of using painting instead of writing. They enjoyed the learning process very much and would like to learn more when they have the opportunity in the future. There are also participants. In response, I realized that I couldn't relax when I took a breath. I promised to practice more every day in the future. I sincerely thank Teacher Jessica for her teaching and leadership, and I will add strength to the patient!
