Yesterday, a class of students from the City University of Hong Kong, learnt breathing healing online together in a Happytime workshop. In addition to relieving stress and anxiety, it can also balance the left and right brains, improve mood swings, insomnia, depression, hyperexcitability, acid reflux, complexion, stomach and lower back pain; boosts positive energy, increases creativity and resistance.
Yoga instructor Atisha explained and demonstrated three different breathing methods for students, including deep breathing, ocean breathing and alternate nostril breathing. One of the city students shared after class that he was surprised that Ocean Breathing can relax the body and mind , and thanks to Teacher Atisha for her teaching. About 60 students participated in the two-day yoga activity, and today there is a chair yoga study.
