Teacher Atisha recently successfully and happily provided yoga experience courses for the elderly at the Senior Health Society, and everyone actively participated in it. The course lasts 1.5 hours and introduces 2 simple and effective breathing methods, which help to relax the body and mind and improve sleep. In order to ensure that everyone can practice yoga poses safely, before starting, the shoulders, neck, back and knees are emphasized, and the body posture and perception are emphasized. After class, the students also actively raised their own physical problems. Teacher Atisha provided a simple and safe yoga healing plan, which will help improve their physical condition.
