Atisha: Recently, a student came to me after a private lesson and said, Miss, I feel the temperament😍
I still remember that when I was training yoga at school, several classmates volunteered to be models, and they each had their own characteristics. They practiced Catwalk together. Basically, all the students have received yoga instructor training and will have some practice. In the end, she was selected as the most temperamental one, not the thinnest and most beautiful, but a mother who has just given birth to a child and is still a little plump. In fact, most of the temperament comes from the body, such as round shoulders, hunched back, O or X legs, excessive swinging of the hip joints, unstable grounding (grounding), not to mention the appearance of the body, even the inner Qi is not flowing smoothly. The blood is not good, and the complexion is not good.

Once at our Indian Retreat Center (Path of Mystic, Kodaikanal), an Indian man moved in due to unemployment and family problems and was emotionally distressed. At that time, his condition was very bad and his head could not be raised. The teacher encouraged him to participate in morning yoga. Ben, fortunately he was willing to cooperate. I came out of the Healing yoga hall in an hour, and I came out from behind him. When I saw him, his head was no longer looking down, his qi had been mentioned, and his condition had initially improved. Some people have problems with back muscle strength. From what I have observed, the problem is with the flow of Qi.

All in all, the temperament can be improved through acquired practice, not only the appearance, but also the inner adjustment.
