Atisha, a fitness and yoga instructor, once again cooperated with Harbour City to provide four "To Fit Lazy Bag" video courses for Harbour City employees. Through simple asanas, they can strengthen core muscles and build hip and leg lines. In addition to improving one's posture, it can also help relieve or eliminate physical pains including shoulder and neck pain, lower back pain, knee pain and foot pain. Participants can practice repeatedly according to their own schedule and progress, and cooperate with teaching notes, and benefit a lot 😊

Each session of the video is about 30 minutes, and there are 4 sessions in total. The highlights of each class are as follows:
